BOHANNON CREEK - HAND BURNED CUSTOM HATS & ACCESSORIES is located in Northern NSW, Australia, just outside of Grafton, 2460.

* Order Dispatch:

Orders are packed and posted out within 2 business days of your order and payment being received.

* Shipping/ Postage:

We only post within Australia (NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, SORRY)

Postage is via Australia Post.

Australia Post provides a tracking number for parcels and this tracking number will be uploaded and sent to you once your parcel is on it's way.

We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please make sure that your posting address is correct as we will not be responsible for parcels which are sent to an incorrect address or returned to us.

* Return/ Refund/ Exchange Policy:

- No refunds, returns or exchanges on hats that are too big or too small.
All hats have adjustable strings (for tying in a bow) inside the sweatband. Simply tie to tighten!
PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND SIZE CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING!

- No refunds, returns or exchanges for items that you've had a change of mind on, either.

- Refund is only available on a faulty item.

Should your hat be faulty, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the parcel to discuss. 
Item must be returned to me first.
I check the hats before, during and after burning them to make sure there are no faults (unless otherwise noted in the product description).

Finally, because the hats are hand done, there may be some imperfections in the burning. This should be considered a part of the design and is to be expected with hand burned items.
